Kelly Osborne Weight Loss


Everytime I see Kelly Osborne I am in awe! She looks amazing. She has really taking control of her diet and exercise regime and it shows. It really is a lifestyle change. Kelly says in order to maintain her figure, she pretty much eats the same thing everyday. She also started eating breakfast everyday and drinking water in replacement of sodas.

What Kelly Eats Every Day for Breakfast:
Raisin Bran with lowfat milk or two egg whites with lowfat cheese

What Kelly Eats Every Day for a Morning Snack:
Sliced cucumbers or dill pickles

What Kelly Eats Every Day for Lunch:
Grilled chicken salad with lowfat dressing or chopped salad with lowfat mozzarella and chickpeas

What Kelly Eats Every Day for an Afternoon Snack:
Sugar-free Jell-O or Babybel Light cheese

What Kelly Eats Every Day for Dinner:
Turkey burger and steamed vegetables or turkey burger with lowfat cheese and a salad with lowfat dressing

What Kelly Eats Every Day for an Evening Snack:
An apple or a small spinach salad with lowfat dressing.


  1. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave
    it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
