Brain Hat-ters is smart AND fun!

Sometimes kids don’t want to wear a bike helmet. Sometimes they don’t like the one they have because it’s too “babyish”. Not anymore! Little Medical School has come up with Brain Hat-ters. A fun, cool way to explain how important bike helmet safety really is. New for 2017 is the launch of a retail line of award-winning educational kits and products, created in response to demand from family participants of the Little Medical School locations.

On the surface of Brain Hat-ters is a diagram of the brain. Included in the packaging is an Oath stating that the proud owner of Brain Hat-ters will vow to practice bike safety with this new helmet during every ride. Also included are vibrant color-coded stickers that can be placed on each section of “the brain” showing what function each part actually does. My son thought that was really cool to learn about and immediately put them on.

I love that a percentage of proceeds of this new line from Little Medical School will be donated to the Dr. Genie’s Kids Foundation. The Foundation provides scholarships for children to be exposed to the many healthcare career paths. Dr. Mason, the founder, is a mother of three, all of whom she proudly notes attended Little Medical School!
