When you think of Jazzercise you think of Jane Fonda in a leotard with jazz hands right? While that may have been true 30 years ago, a lot has changed with Jazzercise but the workout is still great for women!

I did Jazzercise all last summer, I loved it and noticed the results immediately. Due to my work schedule I had to stop and was bouncing around to other types of cardio classes throughout the winter. Nothing was as good as the Jazzercise. So this week I found another Jazzercise class one that offers classes in the evening which works better for me. I am hooked again. I love it and am so happy to start this class up again!

Jazzercise is fun and inexpensive and the best thing about it you will see results. What is great about Jazzercise is that it is an all over body workout. The instructor focuses on moving all areas of your body, which is great for loosing inches in those hard to target areas. Jazzercise is great cardio and fun to do with friends. Which would explain why almost every Jazzercise class you visit you will notice the die hards in the class. The student who have been attending for 10 or more years it’s amazing.

The 60-minute total body workout incorporates jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. The routines are choreographed to top 40 hits from all sorts of genres. It’s a great way to burn 600 calories. You can also customize the workout for your speed by doing low impact or a high impact workout. All ages can participate.
