There has never been a time when we have had this much opportunity to stay home. Many of us are at home working, home schooling, and trying to stay sane. I am also trying to fit in some good workouts most days of the week.

A friend of mine suggested taking a bath in Epsom Salts to relax, relieve and re-hydrate fatigued muscles. I decided to give it a whirl and it felt amazing! I could really feel the difference in my muscles afterward!

We can all use some R&R with the current situation right now, so why not give it a try!?
