I am loving Coconut Oil this week. I know we have discussed the many benefits of Coconut Oil on this site before but this stuff is truly amazing! My son had had terrible eczema due to all the pollen in the air, nothing seemed to be helping. I decided to try and find some natural product to use and I came across the Coconut Oil. I have to say this stuff has been awesome, after only using it two days it has made his eczema go away!

I also started using it because I read it helps with varicose and spider veins things I am constantly struggling with. I use it on my face, arms and legs. I have noticed small red veins I used to have on my cheeks disappear, my spider veins on my legs are even improving. My skin feels great and hydrated and not oily like you may thing. This stuff actually sinks into your skin where as most lotions just sit on top of your skin making it feel oily.

When looking for Coconut Oil make sure it has these things:

Certified Organic, Non-GMO
Cold Pressed, Hexane-Free
Zero Trans & Hydrogenated Fat
Pure Extra Virgin
