It’s more important than ever to eat healthy to keep our immune systems up. I love making a colorful salad like this one with spinach, peppers, avocado, chia seeds, pepita seeds, and more. Some other good add ons are carrots, chi chi beans, nuts, and beets.

Sometimes I’ll add a hard boiled egg, grilled chicken, or turkey breast for protein. I try to measure out my salad dressing so I don’t put too much on because that can be a big calorie bomb!
