I simply can’t get enough fresh juice and smoothies right now. And lucky for me, I have both a Jack LaLanne Juicer and a Vita Mix Blender to satisfy my cravings.


A few recipes that I’ve been enjoying:

½ cup almond or hemp milk (plain or unsweetened)
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ banana
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed or chia seeds
½ cup ice

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

My own Recipe – Kale & Pineapple Juice
My 3-year-old loves this too!

Ingredients (approximately, I never measure):
½ cored pineapple
1 bunch of curly kale – stems removed
1 fuji or gala apple – cored
1 cup of Orange Juice
1 cup Coconut Water
1 cup of ice

Blend the ingredients until smooth.
