Healthy Snack to Keep You Full – Celery, Almond Butter, & Almond Slivers

I just read an article that mentioned how it takes six months to lose the weight we gain over the holidays.  You might think it’s best to go hungry all day to spare the calories before showing up to dinner parties where you’ll most likely over-indulge, but it’s best to not show up starving to the party.  In order to do our best not to lose our minds with eating and drinking, nosh on a protein packed snack like celery with almond butter and almond slivers to keep you full.  This is also a great healthy snack to nosh on after a good workout!
