I love going to workout classes, but it is difficult to find the time to go sometimes, especially now that I am a mom. I am good to go with the treadmill in our basement with the TV right in front of it. I make good use of fitting in a workout and catching up on some good gossip TV! All the hype is around high intensity interval training (HIIT) and mixing up your workouts. Gone are the days when you hop on the treadmill and walk at a steady pace for 30 minutes. That actually worked pretty well for me in my 20’s!
