If I can make zoodles, you can too!

I have always loved to eat zoodles, but never thought I would make them because it looks like a lot of work…but it’s not!

She bought me one on her phone right in front of me and had it shipped to my house.  I didn’t try it for about a week, but then I finally bit the bullet and bought zucchini and made it.  I simply twist the zucchini into the spiralizer, put them in a frying pan with a little olive oil and that was it!  They were delicious!  And the spiralizer is really easy to clean – it takes two seconds! 

Zoodles are now part of my staple meal.  I combine them with shrimp, couscous, salmon, chicken and more.

Everyone is in diet mode now that it’s January, and zoodles can help you and your family get your veggies without feeling deprived!  I use squash and you can use carrots and other veggies, too.
