It’s time for a change of pace with an apple as your every-day snack. Adding peanut butter and chocolate chips will curve your hunger and spice up your snack time. All you have to do is follow these steps:


Cut the core out of an apple
Make sandwich slices with the apple by cutting it in half down the side
Spread on the peanut butter
Add your guilty pleasure in the middle! (Chocolate chips, granola, or nuts)
