About The Moms

Mom Fab Fun an Online Destination for Moms who are Fabulous!

Mom Fab Fun has officially launched it’s online site www.momfabfun.com. Courtney Dolinar and Kristin Bisco of Cleveland, Ohio officially launched the site in November 2013. Mom Fab Fun is an online destination site for Moms who are Fabulous and Fun. These are not your typical moms but a new generation of moms who are focused on family, health and wellness, fashion and fun. Courtney Dolinar is no stranger to the blogsphere. She ran a successful celebrity gossip website for 6 years (2005-2011) Bricks and Stones Gossip.

With Courtney’s professional background in brand management, print communication design, marketing, and computer design, combined with her love of celebrity gossip, Courtney built the Bricks and Stones Gossip site in 2005. Bricks and Stones Gossip was a place for women to indulge in up to the minute, pop-culture news, gossip, photos and celebrity style without the raunchiness that was typical of many blogs. In doing so, she was one of the pioneers of this style of celebrity gossip blogging. Shortly after its launch, Bricks and Stones Gossip popularity took off receiving an average of 1 million page views each month. “We were lucky that we had such a loyal fan base. As soon as the site started it skyrocketed and it was such an awesome experience to build something from scratch that just grew as quickly as it did.” Bricks and Stones sold to a media company late in 2011. “I wanted to try something new. I had been blogging about celebrities for 6 years and after becoming a mom my interests changed. I was no longer interested in who Kim Kardashian was dating, but rather what were the hot toys for toddlers this Christmas. I wanted to start a mom blog, but one that was fun and light. A site where moms could stop by and check out quickly. A mommy time out site if you will. An entertainment site for moms. So I started Mom Fab Fun. This has been my dream for awhile. I wanted to start a site with a strong social media presence and work with brands to get the word out about products and brands that interest moms like me.”

Mom Fab Fun launched in November 2013, Courtney started Mom Fab Fun with partner Kristin Bisco because she wanted to have more of a personal voice on the web. Kristin is an experienced writer, spokesperson and communication strategist. Her management experience along with relationship building skills make this a great team. Mom Fab Fun (www.momfabfun.com) focuses on fashion, family, health and wellness, recipes, kid stuff and fun. It offers beauty and fashion reviews, product reviews, giveaways, health and wellness issues facing families, shopping trends, and personal stories. Mom Fab Fun also give readers the latest in family news, children’s product reviews, steals and deals and features great buys from online retailers.

Courtney Dolinar

I am the co-founder of www.MomFabFun.com I really enjoy blogging and used to own and operate a popular celebrity gossip site called Bricks and Stones Gossip. It was sold to a media company in late 2011. I loved writing about celebrity gossip for many years (2005-2011) but when I had kids Ryan (6), and Sean (5), my interests changed. I wanted to start a blog around family, kids, and fun.

I have strong interests in marketing, brand management and internet media. I have acquired a lot of knowledge working with brands and large corporations over the past decade and that has given me great insight into online trends. I have a passion for new ideas and I continue to expand my knowledge in social media marketing and branding.

I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I am married. I am a Bravo addict, I like shellac manicures, cooking with whole foods, kickboxing, and spending lots of time with family and friends. I work as VP of Sales and Marketing at AGC I have been there 14 years. I spend the other part of my time being a mom of 2 very active boys! My dream job is to be a host on QVC. I love QVC. I find it incredibly relaxing to watch.

I am thrilled to be a contributing writer on this fabulous blog! If there is an opportunity for fun and adventure….I’m there! I really like gardening, going to concerts, cooking, and being outside with my family and friends. I feel very blessed to be a stay-at-home mom, a caregiver of two other little ones, a commercial and film actress, and a wife to a great guy. I believe laughter, honesty, and a positive attitude can get you through the day. Cheers, y’all.
